Testimonials
Our daughter’s first year with SDR Academy has been an overall positive experience. Coach Becky and her team are excellent instructors, who provide lots of on ice and dry land training and skill development. They adapt their instruction in a manner that resonates hockey players of all skill levels. Their energy, attention to detail, passion for the game and commitment to their athletes is extraordinary. Our daughter’s overall improvements are evidence that SDR Academy is the “Gold Standard” for hockey development.

SDR Academy has been an excellent experience for our two kids – and to our surprise, they both love the dryland training sessions. SDR’s unique and versatile training pushes them in such a fun, supportive environment through a combination of diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Their fundamental hockey skills have improved so much, but more importantly, they have learned the importance of putting in the work and being committed to excellence every day. And that’s thanks to Coach Becky and her team.
