High Performance Camp
The SDR Academy Female & Male High Performance Camp is designed for motivated female & male athletes looking to elevate their game in a focused, competitive, and supportive environment. Over three high-intensity days, players will develop skill, confidence, and hockey IQ through intentional training led by experienced SDR coaches. This camp is about more than reps on the ice. It is about growth, opportunity, and preparing athletes for the next stage of their hockey journey.

Athletes take part in high tempo, high repetition training focused on skating, puck skills, shooting, and hockey IQ. Every session is designed to translate directly to game situations, helping players build confidence and consistency on the ice. This supports high performance hockey development in Calgary and across Canada.

This camp helps athletes prepare physically and mentally for upcoming evaluations, tryouts, and the season ahead.
