You'll work with motivated, high-character athletes in a program built around real development. This is focused work with players who are here because they want to be.
On-ice sessions that are structured, purposeful, and competitive
A coaching staff that communicates, collaborates, and supports each other
A culture that takes athlete development seriously at every level

Playing or coaching experience at a competitive level
Strong communication — with athletes, parents, and staff
Coachable, collaborative, and detail-oriented
Aligned with SDR's values: character, accountability, and growth
Available for programs in Calgary and travel events as required
