Train and play in a game-first environment that keeps development fun and purposeful. Our female spring league in Calgary blends competitive match play with coach-driven tune-ups to sharpen decision-making, confidence, and on-ice awareness.

5v5 format for fast play and lots of puck touches

Our Coaches

Our sessions are led by SDR’s experienced coaching team with guest sessions from collegiate and pro players. Coaches focus on quick, actionable feedback during games and short tune-ups to accelerate improvement.

Schedule

Registration deadline is Friday April 10th. Full team schedules will be posted on TeamSnap on Monday April 13th.

Championship Weekend — June 27th

All teams advance to semi-finals and the championship on June 27th at Max Bell. Teams that make it will play up to 9 guaranteed and a possible 10 games total across the season.
