Sports Performance Training for Peak Performance

To excel on the ice, you need to be physically and mentally prepared. That's why our program includes sports performance training led by Dr. Syl Corbett, an expert in athletic development. Through specialized training sessions, Dr. Syl will help you optimize your physical capabilities, develop mental toughness, and fine-tune your performance. Additionally, our comprehensive approach includes seminars on nutrition, sleep, and mental training, providing you with the knowledge and tools to maintain a high-performance lifestyle.

 

Showcase Your Skills and Gain Exposure

We believe in creating opportunities for our players to be seen by scouts and recruiters. Our program offers showcase weekends and tournaments where you can compete against top talent and gain exposure to NAHL and college hockey scouts. One of the highlights is the prestigious Chowder Cup in Boston, a platform that attracts hockey talent from around the world. Additionally, we organize mini exhibition series against other teams, providing you with valuable game experience and the chance to test your skills against strong competition.

Experience the ultimate blend of hockey development and adventure with our Campbell River Camp. Held in the breathtaking setting of Vancouver Island, this camp provides a unique and unforgettable experience for players and their families. Led by Coach Tim Turk and Dr. Syl Corbett, the camp offers top-notch on-ice and off-ice training. Beyond hockey, you can enjoy team-building activities, explore beautiful Elk Falls, and engage in exciting excursions like whale watching. The Campbell River Camp is designed to provide a well-rounded experience, fostering camaraderie, personal growth, and lasting memories for all.

Professional player (3 years), 2X ECHL champion, WHL champion, and WHL veteran (4 years). Andrew's championship experience is a treasure trove for aspiring players.

  • Do I need to try out for the league?
    No, there are no tryouts required for our Spring Leagues. Our leagues are designed to be inclusive and open to all skill levels, providing a platform for development and fun for everyone.
  • Can anyone play in the league?
    Yes, our Spring Leagues are open to all players within the specified age groups for both male and female leagues. Whether you’re looking to enhance your skills or just enjoy more time on the ice, our leagues are the perfect fit.
  • What days will the games be on?
    Games for the Spring Leagues are primarily scheduled for weekends, with the majority occurring on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. We may have the occasional weekday game. Please note, the schedule is tentative and subject to change as we finalize ice times.
  • Is development included in the league?
    The league itself focuses on gameplay. However, we offer a range of development program add-ons for players looking to further enhance their skills. These include on-ice skill development sessions and off-ice dryland training, available in packages of 8 and 16 sessions.
