Keep the momentum going with competitive, low-commitment hockey built to sharpen in-game skills and decision-making. The Male Spring League offers fast-paced 5v5 games, a team-first environment, and light coaching so players can improve while enjoying the game.

• Age group: U11-U18

• 5v5 format for fast play and lots of puck touches

• Weekly games (primarily weekends, occasional evenings)

• Optional development add-ons for extra on-/off-ice work

• Follow individual and team stats on our platform

• Multiple Calgary arenas including Henry Viney, Rose Kohn, Father David Bauer, Max Bell, Crowfoot, Crowchild Twin Arenas and more!

Our sessions are led by SDR’s experienced coaching team with guest sessions from collegiate and pro players. Coaches focus on quick, actionable feedback during games and short tune-ups to accelerate improvement.
