Keep the momentum going with competitive, low-commitment hockey built to sharpen in-game skills and decision-making. The Male Spring League offers fast-paced 5v5 games, a team-first environment, and light coaching so players can improve while enjoying the game.

Our Coaches
Our sessions are led by SDR’s experienced coaching team with guest sessions from collegiate and pro players. Coaches focus on quick, actionable feedback during games and short tune-ups to accelerate improvement.
Schedule
Registration deadline is Friday April 10th. Full team schedules will be posted on TeamSnap on Monday April 13th.
Championship Weekend — June 27th
All teams advance to semi-finals and the championship on June 27th at Max Bell. Teams that make it will play up to 9 guaranteed and a possible 10 games total across the season.
