FEMALE SPRING HOCKEY PROGRAM
The SDR Her-ricanes is a high-performance female spring hockey program running April to mid-June 2027. Built for serious female athletes who want to develop their game in a real team environment. Real competition, expert coaching, block training weekends, and a travel tournament. This is not a casual spring league. This is where serious female hockey players come to grow.

WHAT IS THE HER-RICANES
The Her-ricanes is built around the belief that female hockey players deserve a high-performance spring environment, not just somewhere to skate until the next season starts. Athletes train and compete in a structured team environment with coaches who have played and coached at the pro and college levels. Every session has a purpose. Every weekend builds toward something.
Scheduled Ice Times
Team-focused practices and gameplay throughout the season that develop systems, cohesion, and individual skill. Every session is led by SDR coaches with pro and college experience.
Tournament Competition
Competitive tournament play that puts everything built across the season to the test. Details on format and location will be communicated to registered athletes.
Block Training Weekend
High-volume weekends with concentrated on-ice and off-ice focus. The format mirrors how elite programs train and prepares athletes for the intensity of the next level.
Experienced Coaches
Athletes hear directly from players and coaches who have competed at the pro and college levels. Practical, experience-driven insight on what it takes to get there and what to expect when you do.
Exhibition & Competitive Games
Opportunities to test systems, build resilience, and measure progress in real game environments against other programs throughout the season.
Athlete Development Programming
Expert-led content covering nutrition, recovery, mental performance, and leadership woven throughout the season. Development that goes beyond the ice.
