Designed for female players across Western Canada, this program blends world class on ice and off ice training at facilities such as WinSport with specialist coaching in nutrition and sports psychology to support both athletic and personal development while keeping academic progress on track.

Training Schedule
The training schedule is designed to fit around the athlete’s academic and minor hockey team commitments, providing flexibility and focus on both individual and team development.

2 on-ice sessions and 1 off-ice session per week, or

1 off-ice sessions and 1 on-ice session per week (held before or during school hours).

3 on-ice sessions and 2 off-ice sessions per week, or

2 on-ice sessions and 2 off-ice sessions per week, scheduled during or after school hours.

Off-ice sessions include workouts, mobility training, recovery sessions, and classroom sessions for mental and tactical learning.

Await decisions
Both organizations will review applications and interviews in January, and you will receive notification of acceptance, next steps or feedback in early February.
2026 -2027 Applications
This is an amazing chance for female athletes in Grades 8-12 (born 2009-2013) to train at top-tier facilities while attending school.

Expert-led sessions in nutrition, sports psychology, and fitness training.
