Skills sessions are where the fundamentals get built
Once a week on Saturday evening, U9 and U11 players work on the things that decide how the rest of their hockey goes. How they skate, how they handle the puck, and how they shoot.
Every session is run by SDR Academy coaches. Small groups, high repetition, and coaching that corrects the detail rather than just running the drill.

Players on a team who want extra touches during the week, and players still finding their feet who want coaching without a full season commitment.
Sessions are drop in by pack, so families can work around tournaments, travel and the rest of the schedule.
